Shipping & Exchanges
Pneuma offers flat rate shipping as follows
Orders up to $24.99 = $5.00 Shipping Fee
Orders $25 - $99.99 = $7.00 Shipping Fee
Orders $100 - $174.99 = $10 Shipping Fee
Orders $175 and up = $15 Shipping Fee
Due to the nature of the products sold at Pneuma, LLC, all products are non-refundable.
We only exchange goods if they are damaged during delivery. In circumstances where you consider that a product is damaged during delivery, you should promptly contact us at Sara@Pneuma.online within 24 hours of receipt with details of the product and the damage that occurred during delivery.
To be eligible for a replacement, Pneuma must be notified via email within 24 hours of receipt of the damaged product and your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Shipping charges for all exchanges must be prepaid and insured by you. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Once your return is received and inspected, Pneuma will send you an email to confirm that we have received your returned item and notify you when a new item will be shipped. Only the same item will be shipped back to you unless the item is no longer available (seasonal items). If the same item is not available, you will be notified via email and will receive a different product of equal or lesser value in exchange for the original product.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
